Pramono explained KLB funds to be used for the development of transit-oriented areas (TOD) in strategic locations such as the HI Roundabout and Blok M. Then to increase green open spaces in Jakarta through the development of city parks.
Previously, Pramono stated Jakarta Provincial Government will revitalize several parks in South Jakarta, namely Ayodia Park, Langsat Park, and Leuser Park. The revitalization process for those three parks will use compensation fund of KLB.
"KLB fund is ready. I hope the revitalization can start this mid year," he stated.
Revitalization is run to facilitate residents maximally. Moreover, Pramono wants those three parks to be used as supporting office of ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta.
"As the long-term plan, the parks to be the capital of ASEAN. So we do this? It is because the area was not used maximally," he said.
